Frequently Asked Questions

What is an HTS code?

An HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) code is a 10-digit number used to classify imported goods for U.S. tariffs and duties. It determines the tariff rate for your product.

Why do I need to provide a product description?
The product description, like “shoes” or “electronics,” gives us extra context about your item to include in our response, but we only use your provided HTS code to look up the tariff rate.

What is De Minimis?
De Minimis refers to imports valued under $800 that may be exempt from duties and taxes. Check the box if your shipment is under $800, and we’ll confirm eligibility.

How long does it take to get my tariff rate?
Once your $15 payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the duty and applicable tariff rates within 24-48 hours via email.

Can you help with tariffs from any country?
Yes, we cover tariffs for goods exported from any country to the U.S., factoring in trade agreements and special rates.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, your $15 payment is processed securely through Wix Payments, ensuring your information is safe.
